Silver-tone oxidized St. Benedict medallion, depicting St. Benedict on the front holding a cross and rule for monasteries, with a shattered cup and raven.  On the front of the medal appear the words "EIVS IN OBITV NRO PRAESENTIA MVNIAMVR" (may we be strengthened by his presence in the hour of our death).  On the back of the medal appear a cross, and the following abbreviations:
