Holy Land Art Company offers the following Returns Policy:

       All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns via mail must be pre approved by contacting Holy Land Art Company. Returns are also credited through either of our retail locations. If carrier damage is suspected claims must be made within 24 hours of reciept. All original goods and packing materials are required. Holy Land Art Company will file the insurance claim if notified within the required time period. Please notify us as soon as possible, we will work to replace your item as soon as the required documentation has been filed and goods have been inspected.
